- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade, coating them thoroughly. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook until golden and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. In the same pan, sauté sliced bell pepper, onion, and tomato until slightly tender but still crunchy, about 4 minutes.
- 5. Warm the parathas on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- 6. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked paneer and sautéed vegetables in the center of each paratha. Sprinkle with fresh coriander for added flavor.
- 7. Fold the parathas into wraps, securing the filling inside, and serve immediately with a side of yogurt chutney or lemon wedges.
