  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade, coating them thoroughly. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook until golden and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. In the same pan, sauté sliced bell pepper, onion, and tomato until slightly tender but still crunchy, about 4 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm the parathas on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
  6. 6. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked paneer and sautéed vegetables in the center of each paratha. Sprinkle with fresh coriander for added flavor.
  7. 7. Fold the parathas into wraps, securing the filling inside, and serve immediately with a side of yogurt chutney or lemon wedges.
