Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Once done, fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade. Add the paneer cubes and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden and slightly charred on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add the remaining ghee or oil. Sauté the chopped onions until translucent, then add the diced bell pepper and chopped tomato. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
