Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Onion
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- - Toned Milk
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften slightly.
- 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the spices to bloom.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer with the spice mixture.
- 6. Add the milk and stir gently to create a creamy texture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- 7. Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden and crisp. Spread the paneer mixture evenly over each slice.
- 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately for a warm, smoky breakfast treat.
