  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • - Toned Milk
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften slightly.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the spices to bloom.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer with the spice mixture.
  6. 6. Add the milk and stir gently to create a creamy texture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  7. 7. Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden and crisp. Spread the paneer mixture evenly over each slice.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately for a warm, smoky breakfast treat.
