  • 500G Poha (Flattened Rice)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha in a colander under running water until it softens slightly, then set it aside to drain completely.
  2. 2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, sautéing until the onions turn translucent. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they soften.
