- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces and marinate them with yogurt, tandoori masala, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let them rest for at least 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Sauté the chopped onion and green chilies until the onion turns translucent.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
- 5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with black pepper, and whisk until smooth. Pour the eggs into the pan with the onion-tomato mixture.
- 6. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs while incorporating the cooked chicken. Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft.
- 7. Garnish the scramble with fresh coriander and serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
