  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces and marinate them with yogurt, tandoori masala, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let them rest for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Sauté the chopped onion and green chilies until the onion turns translucent.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
  5. 5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with black pepper, and whisk until smooth. Pour the eggs into the pan with the onion-tomato mixture.
  6. 6. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs while incorporating the cooked chicken. Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft.
  7. 7. Garnish the scramble with fresh coriander and serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
