- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Chicken Breast
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Jeera
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Chop the tomatoes and green bell pepper into small pieces and set them aside.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they turn soft and pulpy. Sprinkle coriander powder and salt, stirring well.
- 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and stir to coat them in the tomato mixture. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Add the chopped green bell peppers and kasuri methi. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is tender and the bell peppers are slightly soft but still crisp.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro. Mix well and remove from heat.
