  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Chop the tomatoes and green bell pepper into small pieces and set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they turn soft and pulpy. Sprinkle coriander powder and salt, stirring well.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and stir to coat them in the tomato mixture. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Add the chopped green bell peppers and kasuri methi. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is tender and the bell peppers are slightly soft but still crisp.
