Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Cashew Regular
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the tomato puree and cook until the mixture thickens and the oil starts separating from the sides of the pan.
  5. 5. Mix in the cashew paste and plain yogurt, stirring continuously to create a smooth, creamy gravy.
  6. 6. Add smoked paprika and kasuri methi, crushing the fenugreek leaves lightly in your palm before adding.
