Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add paneer cubes and sear until golden and slightly charred on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, sauté the diced bell pepper, tomato, and green chili for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
- 3. Add the chopped spinach leaves to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Stir in the cooked millet and mix thoroughly to coat the grains in the spice blend.
- 4. Return the charred paneer cubes to the pan and gently fold into the millet mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5. Transfer the paneer millet mixture to serving bowls. Drizzle with plain yogurt and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
