- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice blend over the chicken thighs and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with lime juice and a pinch of salt to prepare the creamy sauce.
