Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Poha
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the poha under running water until softened, then set aside to drain completely.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6. Gently fold in the softened poha and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine the ingredients evenly.
- 7. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
