Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Poha
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha under running water until softened, then set aside to drain completely.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, and slit green chilies. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the softened poha and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine the ingredients evenly.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
