Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 500 g Chicken Winglets
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 200G Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri) 200g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the first marinade by combining lemon juice, salt, and red chili powder. Rub this mixture over the chicken wings and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, prepare the second marinade by whisking together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, and mustard oil until well blended.
- 4. Add the marinated chicken wings into the second marinade, ensuring each piece is coated thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) or prepare a grill on medium heat.
- 6. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- 7. Cook the wings in the oven or grill for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking. Brush with butter or ghee during the final 5 minutes for extra flavor.
- 8. Remove the wings from the oven or grill and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve hot with mint chutney or onion rings.
