- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and toast the Sichuan peppercorns until aromatic; then crush them coarsely in a mortar or spice grinder.
- 2. Boil the chicken breasts in a pot of water with salt until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, shred the chicken into thin strips and set aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and the crushed Sichuan peppercorns to make the dressing.
- 4. Add the shredded chicken, cucumber slices, julienned red bell pepper, carrot, and shredded cabbage to the bowl with the dressing. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- 5. Sprinkle roasted peanuts and sesame seeds over the salad and give it a final toss to incorporate the toppings.
