Ingredients
- - Dry Rose Petals
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Almonds
- 200 ml Ghee
- 500g Dried Anjeer
- 100 G Cashews / Kaju 100 G
- 100 g Raisins
- 50 g Fennel Seed
- 20 g Cinnamon
- 500 g Sugar
- 50 g Black Pepper
- Pcs Saffron
- Loose Cardamom
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Amul Malai Fresh Paneer into small cubes.
- 2. Heat Mother Dairy Cow Ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and sauté until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add Cornitos Roasted Cashews and Wonderland Premium Almonds, and sauté for about 2 minutes until they are lightly roasted.
- 5. Add raisins, Manna Dried Figs (cut into small pieces), and Postcard Jaipuri Watermelon Seeds. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle in some Zoff Big Fennel Seeds, Katdare Green Cardamom Powder, and MDH Black Pepper Powder. Stir everything together for 1 minute to release the aroma.
- 7. Gently add Earthon Organic Cinnamon Sticks and Good Life Saffron threads. Stir well.
- 8. Add Madhur Sugar and a splash of water, allowing it to dissolve and form a syrup. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
- 9. Add back the sautéed paneer cubes to the syrup mixture.
- 10. Cook until the syrup thickens slightly and everything is well coated, about 4-5 minutes.
- 11. Sprinkle Dry Rose Petals on top as a garnish.
- 12. Serve the Shufta warm, and enjoy the delightful blend of textures and flavors.
