- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 50 g Honey
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 1 kg Tuna
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with a paper towel and season them lightly with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes to prepare the sesame glaze.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned but still pink in the center. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, pour the sesame glaze and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. Return the seared tuna to the pan and coat it evenly with the glaze. Remove from heat.
- 5. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to mix.
