Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Chop 2 bunches of celery, 2 green peppers, and 2 onions into small pieces.
- 2. Mince 4 cloves of garlic.
- 3. In a large pot, cook the chopped celery over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for another 30 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
- 5. Stir in the chopped green peppers and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, ensuring the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- 6. Add 4 cans of diced tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 4 cups of tomato soup to the pot. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
- 8. Serve the sauce hot over your choice of pasta, rice, or bread. Enjoy!
