- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 250 g Spinach
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bajra flour, finely chopped spinach, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
- 2. Add cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt to the bowl, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
- 3. Stir in the yogurt and gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free batter of pourable consistency.
- 4. Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently into a thin, round pancake using the back of the ladle.
- 6. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip it over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the tawa as needed between pancakes.
- 8. Serve the hot pancakes immediately with mint-coriander chutney or plain yogurt for a flavorful and healthy breakfast.
