Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bajra flour, finely chopped spinach, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt to the bowl, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Stir in the yogurt and gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free batter of pourable consistency.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently into a thin, round pancake using the back of the ladle.
  6. 6. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip it over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the tawa as needed between pancakes.
