- 200 ml Ghee
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Suji
- 250 g Carrot
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the ghee in a deep pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, then add the tomato and cook until soft.
- 3. Stir in the green peas, carrots, and bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes until lightly tender.
- 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, and salt, cooking for another minute to blend the spices.
- 5. Add the semolina to the pan and toast it gently, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until it emits a nutty aroma.
- 6. Gradually pour in the hot water while stirring to prevent lumps, then lower the heat and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the semolina absorbs the water and thickens.
- 7. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice for a burst of freshness.
