- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 540 G Sarwarbamboo Shoots Imported Whole Halves
- 300 g Ishimaru Sanuki Udon Noodles
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
- 567 G Freshos Water Chestnuts In Water
Instructions
- 1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the cabbage, green onion, and onion, and slicing the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts.
- 2. Heat a 12-inch skillet or electric skillet to 400°F. Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in the skillet, spreading it evenly to grease the pan.
- 3. Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Push the beef to one side of the skillet.
- 4. Pour 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2/3 cup fish stock into the skillet. Stir gently to combine and allow the mixture to heat through.
- 5. Add the cabbage, onion, green onion, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and water chestnuts to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Add 10 oz of cooked noodles to the skillet and mix gently to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, adding more liquid if needed to prevent sticking.
- 7. Serve the sukiyaki hot, directly from the skillet, ensuring each portion includes a mix of beef, vegetables, and noodles.
