Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 1pc Butternut Squash
- 500 g Uttam Sugar White Sugar Cubes
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2. Wash the butternut squash thoroughly, cut off the top, and scrape out seeds and pulp. Set the squash aside.
- 3. In a large skillet, sauté 1 minced clove of garlic over medium-high heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 4 cups tomato juice, and 1 cup white rice. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
- 5. Layer the inside of the prepared butternut squash with 1/3 of 3 cups shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup chopped green beans, and the rice mixture. Repeat the layers until the squash is filled, finishing with the rice mixture on top.
- 6. Replace the squash lid and place the stuffed squash on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, or until the squash is tender when pierced with a fork.
- 7. Carefully remove the squash from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm by scooping out portions of the filling along with the tender squash flesh.
