  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the diced chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Sichuan peppercorns and green chilies, sautéing until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned.
