Ingredients
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 400 Ml Chaokoh Coconut Cream
- 400 g Desire Barista Fried Onion
- Pcs Frozen Matar
- 1 kg Rice
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 g Everest White Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- 2. In a large skillet, sauté 1 cup of Desire Barista Fried Onion over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of chopped spring onion and 1 cup of frozen matar. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add 3 cups of cooked rice, 2 tbsp of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce, and 1/2 tsp of Everest White Pepper to the skillet. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
