- - Besan
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Salt
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped methi leaves, crumbled paneer, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, gram flour, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2. Add lemon juice to the mixture and knead it lightly to form a soft dough-like consistency. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each into flat, round patties (tikkas).

- 5. Serve the Aloo Methi Tikka hot with mint chutney or yogurt on the side for a refreshing accompaniment.
