Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 100 g Wingreens Farms Flatbread Italian Herb
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
- 80 g Keya Foods Grinder Rock Salt Black Pepper
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 cup of finely chopped Button Mushroom (Anabe). Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 finely chopped Sambar Onion Peeled to the skillet and sauté with the mushrooms until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo, and 1/2 tsp Zoff Garlic Powder. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add 1 can (about 400 g) of sliced mushrooms to the skillet and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are heated through.
- 5. If the mixture seems too dry, add a small amount of Bisleri Packaged Water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida with 2 tbsp Bisleri Packaged Water to create a slurry. Stir this into the skillet to thicken the mixture, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- 7. Add a few drops of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce to darken the mixture and enhance the flavor. Simmer everything together for 5 minutes.
- 8. Season with Keya Foods Grinder Rock Salt Black Pepper to taste. Serve the mixture warm on toasted Wingreens Farms Flatbread Italian Herb.
