- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 Grms Ragi / Nachni Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, yogurt, and water to form a smooth batter. Ensure the batter is lump-free and of medium-thick consistency.
- 2. Add the finely chopped coriander leaves, tomato, bell pepper, and green chili to the batter. Mix well to incorporate the vegetables evenly.
- 3. Stir in cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a circular shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- 6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and crispy.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly between each pancake.
- 8. Serve the pancakes warm with a side of tangy chutney or plain yogurt for a wholesome breakfast.
