Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 ltr Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 400 g American Garden Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 ltr Kinley Packaged Water
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 40 g Simplify Foods Hot & Spicy Tomato Soup
- 1 kg Simply Staples Mineral Rich Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2. Add 1 cup of diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of diced carrots and 1 cup of green capsicum, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add 3 cans of tomato soup, 1 can of beans (such as kidney or cannellini), and 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- 5. Pour in 2 1/2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Season with 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, adjusting to taste.
- 8. Serve hot with cornbread or breadsticks for a satisfying meal.
