- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice 3 medium potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Finely chop 1 onion, 1 green pepper, and mince 3 cloves of garlic.
- 3. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, green pepper, and garlic over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 900 g (2 lb) of ground beef to the skillet. Cook over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- 5. Dice 3 medium tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Stir well and let the mixture simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 4 tablespoons of water to create a loose paste. Turn off the heat under the skillet, and when the sauce stops bubbling, stir in the flour mixture to thicken the sauce to your desired consistency.
- 7. Serve the hamburger and vegetable sauce over the boiled potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
