Ingredients
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 ltr Amul Calci+ Calcium Rich High Protein Milk
- 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
- 200 g Cremeitalia Sour Cream
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 ltr Fortune Xpert Pro Immunity Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Sunflower Oil
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Popular Essentials Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown sliced potatoes on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Butter a large baking dish with a well-fitting cover. Arrange 3 sliced potatoes and 2 sliced onions in alternating layers in the dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered potatoes and onions.
- 5. Cover the dish tightly with its lid or aluminum foil.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
- 7. Remove the lid or foil for the last 5-10 minutes of baking to allow the top to brown slightly.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your savory baked potatoes!
