  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 500 g Anmara Artisanal Pasta, Organic Fettuccine, Hard Durum Wheat
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, fry 1 1/2 lb of ground chuck over medium heat until lightly browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped onion, 1 cup of diced bell pepper, 1/2 cup of uncooked rice, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 can of vegetable stock, and 1 can of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add the cooked ground chuck to the mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the foil, spread 1 package of fettuccine evenly on top, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the fettuccine is crispy.
