  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100G Oleo
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add diced onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are aromatic.
  4. 4. Add cauliflower florets, diced bell peppers, and green peas to the tawa. Mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but not mushy.
