- 200 g Paneer
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add diced onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are aromatic.
- 4. Add cauliflower florets, diced bell peppers, and green peas to the tawa. Mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but not mushy.
- 5. Gently fold in the cubed paneer and sprinkle garam masala over the mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
