Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 10 g On1Y Oregano Flakes
- 1 Kg Chefs Art Chilli Flakes
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 200 ml Japanese Choice Japanese Style Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large Dutch oven or saucepan, heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 chopped onions, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 diced stalks of celery, and 1 diced green bell pepper. Stir in 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, and 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes. Cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
- 2. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking the vegetable mixture, stirring occasionally, to ensure even cooking and flavor development.
- 3. Stir in tomatoes and 1 cup of soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
- 4. Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley and simmer for 10 minutes more, ensuring all flavors are well combined.
- 5. Serve hot as a hearty dinner option, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
