  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 200 ml Japanese Choice Japanese Style Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large Dutch oven or saucepan, heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 chopped onions, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 diced stalks of celery, and 1 diced green bell pepper. Stir in 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, and 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes. Cook, stirring often, for 7 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking the vegetable mixture, stirring occasionally, to ensure even cooking and flavor development.
  3. 3. Stir in tomatoes and 1 cup of soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley and simmer for 10 minutes more, ensuring all flavors are well combined.
  5. 5. Serve hot as a hearty dinner option, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
