A hearty and comforting dinner featuring seasoned ground beef, tender green beans, and noodles baked to perfection in a creamy mushroom sauce.
Ingredients
- 5 kg Supreme Harvest Palakkadan Boiled Rice
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 125 g Cremini Mushroom
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook and stir 1 diced Sambar onion over medium heat until softened and fragrant.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of cooked French beans, 1 diced green capsicum, 1 diced stalk of celery, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 tsp of Tata salt, and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover it with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- 6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
