Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
  • 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
  • 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
  • 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. 2. Cook 8 oz of quinoa according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 cooked and flaked salmon fillet.
  4. 4. Divide the salmon mixture evenly into 5 or 6 greased individual baking dishes or shells.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheese evenly over the top of each portion.
  6. 6. Bake the dishes, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
