Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- 2. Cook 8 oz of quinoa according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 cooked and flaked salmon fillet.
- 4. Divide the salmon mixture evenly into 5 or 6 greased individual baking dishes or shells.
- 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheese evenly over the top of each portion.
- 6. Bake the dishes, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your creamy salmon bake!
