Ingredients

  • - Roshen Bonny Fruit Summer Mix Jelly 25% Juice 200g
  • 20 g Cardamom Powder
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 500 g Sabudana / Sago
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the sago pearls under running water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
  2. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the rinsed sago pearls. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the pearls turn translucent, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. 3. Drain the cooked sago pearls and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set them aside in a bowl.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well until the sugar completely dissolves.
  5. 5. To assemble the drink, divide the cooked sago pearls equally into serving glasses. Layer the mixed fruit jelly cubes on top.
  6. 6. Pour the sweetened coconut milk into each glass until almost full, then drizzle a spoonful of rose syrup over the top for added flavor and color.
  7. 7. Add crushed ice to each glass for a chilled effect and gently stir to combine the layers before serving.
