Ingredients

  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 250 g French Beans
  • - Green Peas
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a tawa or wide skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped capsicum, cabbage, zucchini, green beans, and green peas. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
  5. 5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until they soften and blend with the spices.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix thoroughly. Let the vegetables cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
