Ingredients

  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 pc Cabbage Red
  • 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
  • 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Organically Grown Sweet Potato

Instructions

  1. 1. Dig a hole in the ground and place two concrete blocks on each side to support the cooking setup.
  2. 2. Build a wood fire in the hole and set a large, clean metal container or garbage can over the fire.
  3. 3. Layer the ingredients in the container: start with 10 lbs of Organically Grown Sweet Potato, followed by 3 heads of Cabbage Red (quartered), 20 pieces of Organically Grown American Corn Cob (cut into halves or thirds), and 1 lb of Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter evenly over the top of the ingredients.
  4. 4. Add 1 lb of Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter evenly over the top of the ingredients.
  5. 5. Cover the container with a lid and let the meal cook over the fire for 1 1/2 hours, ensuring the fire remains steady.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the container from the fire, check that the meal is fully cooked, and serve hot.
