Ingredients
- 500 g Suji
- 500 g Sugar
- - Dairy Milk
- 0.25 g Saffron
- 100 g Kaju Kani
- 100 g Almonds
- 100g Good Life Yellow Kishmish 100 G
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Badishep Big Premium
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
- 200 ml Ghee
Instructions
- 1. Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan on medium heat and roast the semolina until it turns golden and aromatic, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- 2. In a separate small bowl, soak the saffron strands in 2 tbsp of warm milk for 5 minutes to release its color and flavor.
- 3. In the same pan, roast the cashews, almonds, and raisins until the nuts are golden and the raisins puff up, then set them aside.
- 4. Add the remaining milk, sugar, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 5. Pour in the saffron milk and continue to cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens to a creamy and smooth consistency.
- 6. Garnish the kesari with the roasted nuts and raisins, and serve warm in individual bowls for a royal breakfast experience.
