Ingredients

  • 500 g Suji
  • 500 g Sugar
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 0.25 g Saffron
  • 100 g Kaju Kani
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 100g Good Life Yellow Kishmish 100 G
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Badishep Big Premium
  • 20 g Cardamom Powder
  • 200 ml Ghee

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan on medium heat and roast the semolina until it turns golden and aromatic, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  2. 2. In a separate small bowl, soak the saffron strands in 2 tbsp of warm milk for 5 minutes to release its color and flavor.
  3. 3. In the same pan, roast the cashews, almonds, and raisins until the nuts are golden and the raisins puff up, then set them aside.
  4. 4. Add the remaining milk, sugar, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. 5. Pour in the saffron milk and continue to cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens to a creamy and smooth consistency.
  6. 6. Garnish the kesari with the roasted nuts and raisins, and serve warm in individual bowls for a royal breakfast experience.
