Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly with ghee and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Stir in the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Mix in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt, and sauté for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the gravy. Stir in the cream and garam masala, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the paneer cubes and diced bell peppers in the prepared gravy, ensuring they are well coated. Sprinkle kasuri methi over the mixture and stir gently.
  6. 6. Transfer the paneer and vegetable mixture into the greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is slightly golden and bubbly.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with parathas, naan, or steamed rice.
