Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken thighs with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 4. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the chicken, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Warm the parathas on a skillet until flaky and soft. Place a portion of the chicken filling in the center of each paratha.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the chicken filling and serve hot.
