Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken thighs with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, and sauté until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  4. 4. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the chicken, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm the parathas on a skillet until flaky and soft. Place a portion of the chicken filling in the center of each paratha.
  6. 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the chicken filling and serve hot.
