  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add 2 lb halal ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pot, combine 6 oz tomato paste, 6 oz tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup ketchup. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Add 3 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/3 cup soy sauce to the tomato mixture. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Transfer the cooked beef mixture from the skillet into the pot with the tomato sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  7. 7. Serve the rich spaghetti sauce over cooked pasta or use it as a base for other dishes. Enjoy!
