Ingredients
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 1 pack (570 g) Heinz Tomato Ketchup Top Down Bottle
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add 2 lb halal ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 8-10 minutes.
- 4. In a separate pot, combine 6 oz tomato paste, 6 oz tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup ketchup. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Add 3 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/3 cup soy sauce to the tomato mixture. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Transfer the cooked beef mixture from the skillet into the pot with the tomato sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 7. Serve the rich spaghetti sauce over cooked pasta or use it as a base for other dishes. Enjoy!
