  • 100 g Garlic
  • - Olive Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 500 gm Eggplant
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • - Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Table Salt

  2. 2. Slice the eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, and tomatoes into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. 4. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of Bertolli extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
