Ingredients
- 200g Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G
- - Toned Milk
- Pcs Saffron
- 500G Madhur Sugar
- Loose Cardamom
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 liter of full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame. Bring it to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 2. Reduce the flame to low and let the milk simmer. Stir every few minutes to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- 3. As the milk reduces and thickens, scrape the cream (malai) that forms on the sides and mix it back into the milk. Continue this process for 45-50 minutes until the milk reduces to half its original quantity.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 5. Add 2 tbsp of chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews) and mix them into the thickened milk.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the rabdi cool slightly. Transfer it to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 7. Garnish with a few strands of saffron and additional chopped nuts before serving.
