Ingredients

- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- loose Ginger
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250 g Carrot
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- 2. Add the grated ginger and green chilies, sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Add the chopped capsicum, carrots, and boiled green peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes turn soft and the spices are well blended.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix thoroughly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the mixture, stir well, and cook for 1 more minute.
- 7. Serve hot with parathas, rotis, or toasted bread for a wholesome and delicious breakfast.
