  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the grated ginger and green chilies, sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped capsicum, carrots, and boiled green peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes turn soft and the spices are well blended.
