Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or ghee on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped green chili (if using), bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer and mix thoroughly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Mix again and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
