- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or ghee on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the chopped green chili (if using), bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer and mix thoroughly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Mix again and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- 7. Remove from heat and serve hot with whole wheat toast, paratha, or as a standalone dish.
