Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add the paneer cubes and coat evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a tawa or large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add onions and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent. Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the vegetable mixture. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
- 5. Warm the rotis on the tawa for 1 minute on each side. Place an equal portion of the paneer and vegetable masala mixture onto each roti.
- 6. Roll the rotis tightly around the filling and serve immediately, either whole or cut in halves for convenient eating.
