Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the green bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and tandoori masala. Cook until the mixture thickens and oil begins to separate, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the spices evenly.
- 5. Stir in the yogurt and cook for another 2 minutes, creating a creamy texture. Adjust salt and spices as per taste.
- 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili (optional). Set the paneer bhurji aside.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet, ensuring they are soft and pliable.
- 8. Place a generous portion of the paneer bhurji onto each paratha and roll them tightly like wraps.
- 9. Serve the rolls warm, optionally with a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip.
