- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies and chopped bell pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes break down and the mixture becomes a thick masala paste.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to ensure the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the paneer bhurji. Mix well and cook for an additional minute.
