Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Ajwain
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, ajwain seeds, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add yogurt and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander, and salt. Mix well to create the filling.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten one ball and roll it into a small disc using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of the disc. Bring the edges together to seal the filling and gently roll it back into a disc, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with ghee or oil. Place the rolled paratha on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side, applying a little more ghee or oil, until golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
