Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Ajwain
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, ajwain seeds, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add yogurt and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander, and salt. Mix well to create the filling.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten one ball and roll it into a small disc using a rolling pin.
- 4. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of the disc. Bring the edges together to seal the filling and gently roll it back into a disc, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
- 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with ghee or oil. Place the rolled paratha on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side, applying a little more ghee or oil, until golden brown.
- 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
