Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 Grms Kanak – Sugar Less Atta Multigrain Atta 500 Grms
- - Besan
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, multigrain flour, besan, finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 2. Gradually knead the mixture into a smooth dough using your hands. If the dough is too dry, add a few drops of water to bring it together.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into small balls. Flatten each ball into thin discs (thalipeeth) using your palms or a rolling pin.
- 4. Heat a flat pan or tawa over medium heat and grease it lightly with ghee or oil. Place the prepared thalipeeth on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
- 5. Repeat the process with the remaining dough, greasing the pan as needed. Serve the thalipeeth hot with yogurt or mint chutney for a complete meal.
