Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Ghee
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and the oil starts to separate.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes to blend the spices into the mixture.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and add yogurt gradually, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Add cubed paneer and gently mix to coat the cubes with the curry. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes so the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Sprinkle kasuri methi and fresh cream into the curry, stirring gently. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas or naan for a hearty breakfast.
