  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and the oil starts to separate.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes to blend the spices into the mixture.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and add yogurt gradually, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  7. 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas or naan for a hearty breakfast.
