Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and pulpy, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to combine the spices.
  6. 6. Add the crumbled paneer and green peas (if using). Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer absorbs the flavors.
